2 terrorists killed in Kalat intelligence-based operation: ISPR

Two terrorists were killed during an intelligence-based operation by security forces in Balochistan’s Kalat district, Radio Pakistan quoted the military’s media affairs wing as saying on Saturday.

Two terrorists were killed in an intelligence-led operation  by security forces in Kalat, Balochistan. The operation was launched following reports of terrorist activities in the area. 

According to the Army Media Wing, the terrorists were surrounded and neutralised by the troops. Arms, ammunition and explosives were seized from the crime scene. 

These individuals are involved in several attacks against  security forces and civilians.  The operation was part of ongoing efforts to eliminate the terrorist threat in Balochistan. 

Following its completion, clearing operations were launched to flush out any remaining threats in  the area.

 Security forces reiterated their commitment to maintaining peace and stability in the region despite an increase in violent incidents in recent months.
