Ingredients:
- Spaghetti (or any pasta of choice)
- Pecorino Romano cheese (or Parmesan)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Pasta water (for sauce)
Steps:
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Grate the cheese while the pasta cooks.
